If you have forgotten your password to log-in to the Epsy App, follow the below steps so you can continue to access and enjoy using Epsy as quickly as possible.
- On the Epsy App ‘Login’ screen, tap ‘Forgot Password’
- On the next screen, enter your email address
- Head over to your email inbox and copy the 6-digit code we have sent you (if you cannot see it in your inbox, please check the junk folder too)
- Go back to the Epsy App and use this code to reset your password
